Nope, not at this time. Although this capability exists, it was not enabled yet.
Please feel free though to ask for a group creation, don't forget to mention its description , who will managed it and whether you need any special features.

As soon as you login you will see on the left side of the screen, under "My account", a new menu called "Create Content" and under it a list with various types of content you could create like Forum topics, Blogs, pages, FAQ's...etc.
Please note that the list will contain content types for which you have the proper permissions.
If there is a certain type that you are interested in but it is missing from your list, contact support

As a member of one of the IhelpIT.ca groups you will be able to post pages, events and Forum topics as well as questions and answers ( FAQ ). You will be able to decide if the content posted by you should be available to public or only to group members.

Voice over Internet ( VoIP )

Best way, in our opinion, would be by using an open source ( free) application named Asterisk
as it will allow you not only to save money, but to have lots of features added such as voicemail by email, Call waiting, Call display, Call parking, "follow-me" extension, customized rings ... etc.
You will need to install it on a Unix server ( or a virtual one ) and configure it
You will also need to purchase a DID ( Direct Inward Dialng ) from a VoIP provider
( this is simply a phone number like 416 555-5555).
